Tamir graduated with honors from the Bezalel Department of Art in 2020. He has participated in a student exchange program in Utrecht, the Netherlands, at the HKU Academy. Tamir won the ARTIQ Proud Israeli Art Scholarship, the Excellence Award from the America Israel Foundation, the Encouragement of Art Award in the Negev, and the Outstanding Art Teacher Award from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
His works were exhibited at the solo exhibition “Alouette” in the project space at the Tel Aviv Artists’ Studios, curated by Eitan Buganim (2021); As well as in various group exhibitions such as the Cube Salon ‘Portrait Time’, Alliance House and Cyrus Gallery in Jerusalem; At Barbur Gallery in Jerusalem; At the Binyamin Gallery and the Proud Center in Tel Aviv; In Old Jaffa; And in the Goodman Center, Beer Sheva.
